More and more people in the world are getting busier every day. Some people have only 3 hours of sleep per day while others have no sleep at all and this gives a tremendous amount of stress to the body. There is then the need to seek for ways to reduce stress.

A sure way to stress reduction is to get sufficient amount of sleep in order to avoid health problems. Sleeping is very important to us as it allows our body to rest and recharge. Just like home appliances and other equipment that once are overused and can overheat and brake, so our body needs to be well taken care of. Our body needs rest in order to have a brand new strength for the next day. If we don’t give it enough time to rest, we will suffer the consequences. People can get sick and would not be able to work again.
