The Rules to Follow

I once saw a movie about a fat guy who wanted to be thin in order for him to attract the girl that he liked. Because he was fat, he wanted to lose weight. Then one of his friends recommended him to a body image coach. The body image coach told him four rules to follow in order for him to be successful. The first one was to find an inspiration for his desire to be thin. The second was to motivate himself to achieve his goal. The third was to do the necessary exercises to sweat, and finally, he was told to be happy, and to love himself. The last rule tells him to love himself by considering the harmful effects of being obese. Gluttony is not good, and it is bad because the body is being abused from unhealthy actions. Being happy is the most important because through this, you can see and appreciate yourself as a person. You do not have to be thin, but you have to be healthy to be happy.
